I don't have much time to update today, but don't want to leave you empty-handed, since you were nice enough to take the time to visit. So here are a couple of very quick recommendations: check out www.electrocute.de, click on the Flash link, and let the joyous strains of the girl duo Electrocute's "Sugar Buzz" wash over you. Then head over to http://www.emperornorton.com/mod/artistpage.php3?artist=electrocute and listen to three more of their songs, including a fun cover of "I Need a Freak." As their site says, they put the "no" in techno" and the "da" back in "dancing."

Also, check out www.goldfrapp.co.uk. Sure, the Flash site is a bit laborious to get through, but watch the video for "Train" or listen to full-length streaming tracks from their new "Black Cherry" CD and chances are you'll find it worth scrolling over all of the surreal imagery.
